The Ebenex Group - EBX Event Solutions, based in Singapore since 2005, provides integrated, cost effective, plug and play events solutions from content creation and conceptualization, event marketing and promotion, events production, audio-visual and musical instrument sales and rental, venue management, training and manpower services.

To date, the Group has been involved in close to 4000 events ranging conferences, exhibitions to weddings and birthday parties. Some highlights include supplying production services and backline for Singapore Grand Prix (SGP), National Day Parade and large festivals such as Ultra, Laneway and Neon Lights.

Through its events promotion arm, EBX Live! it has also brought in concert acts such as Vertical Horizon, Paul Gilbert and chinese act, Yong Bang.

It also works closely to handle venue technical production with *SCAPE and co-manages a venue with O School at L5, GRID. 

The Group has also invested in related companies across the events eco system to execute events "as one". These include:

1. ETG - An established corporate and conference audio visual provider established since the mid 1980s
2. Show Production - The largest musical instrument backline supplier in Singapore
3. Zendyll Collective - An integrated music and events agency which manages artistes and runs Majulah Festival
4. Dangerfreq - A DJ collective which organises events, supplies sales and rental of DJ equipment to super clubs such as Marquee and Zouk 
5. Lightech - A stage lighting design company with over 300+ lights 
6. Decentralised Entertainment Singapore (DE) - a lifestyle investment company, focusing on bringing in content through game shows, concerts, festivals 
7. AVL Direct - one of Singapore's largest e commerce stores for audio-visual products, AVL Direct also handles audio-visual design and systems integration for venues
8. Akatsuki - the Group's first overseas investment into an audio-visual and technical management company based in Malaysia 

The Group was nominated for NAC's Patron of the Arts Awards in 2017, sponsored backline for Esplanade's Baybeats Festival and also supports the local community through donations to local music charity, SGMUSO as well as sponsorship of various events such as coming on board as Major Partner for National Day Parade in 2022 and 2023. 

Group CEO, David Ebenezer Toh also volunteers as a grassroots leader at Jalan Besar GRC and PAP branch at Zhenghua, MCST Secretary, SGMUSO Vice Chairman, serving in the SAF, Head of Special Events for Toh Clan Association and successfully completed the Company of Good Fellowship in 2022.
